Wherever you are, there’s a path forward.
You may be here because something in your life is ready to change.
Maybe you’re navigating recovery, grief, anxiety or emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or a major transition. Maybe you’ve already done a great deal of work on yourself but sense there’s another layer to explore. Or perhaps life is functioning reasonably well, yet you feel disconnected from yourself, your sense of purpose, or the way you truly want to live.
You don’t need to know exactly what needs to change—or how to get there.
I offer personalized, whole-person coaching to help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, reconnect with your own strengths and inner resources, and find a way forward that feels authentic to you.
Most of our work is conducted virtually via Zoom, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
Limited in-person sessions may also be available in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Individual Coaching
My one-on-one coaching offers personalized support for individuals navigating recovery, healing, transition, or transformative growth.
We’ll begin with where you are and what you’re hoping to change, then shape our work around your particular needs, goals, strengths, and circumstances. Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and informed by my whole-person approach.
I work with adults across a wide range of backgrounds, identities, professions, and life stages. Some come to this work through recovery or a major transition; others are seeking greater self-understanding, alignment, or a more authentic way of living.
What Working Together Can Look Like
Some clients come for focused support around a particular challenge or transition. Others choose to work together over a longer period as we address several interconnected areas of their lives.
The frequency and duration of our work can vary according to your needs, goals, and circumstances. We’ll talk together about what level of support makes sense for you and can adjust along the way as your needs change.
Some Common Doorways
People arrive at this work through many different doors. While these areas often overlap, they represent some of the most common places our work may begin.
Recovery
You may be newly considering sobriety, actively establishing recovery, returning after a setback, or years into recovery and ready to go deeper.
Our work may include support around addiction and unhealthy coping patterns, maintaining sobriety, creating a life that supports recovery, understanding underlying contributing factors, relationships and boundaries, family-of-origin patterns, or exploring a recovery path that feels authentic to you.
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is the support you may need along the way.
Healing
Sometimes life simply hurts.
Grief and loss, stress, chronic illness, anxiety, difficult family or relationship dynamics, burnout, codependency, major transitions, and years of putting our own needs aside can leave us depleted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
Our work can provide a supportive space to understand what you’ve experienced, tend to the areas of your life that need care, strengthen your internal and external resources, begin creating greater peace and stability, and perhaps transforming pain into purpose.
Growth
You don’t have to be in crisis to know you’re ready for something more.
Maybe you’ve reached a transition point, are reconsidering who you are or how you want to live, want healthier relationships, feel disconnected from purpose, sense that an older version of your life no longer fits, or are on the verge of something new but unsure how to proceed.
This work can become an opportunity to know yourself more deeply, reconnect with your authentic strengths and values, and create a life that feels increasingly aligned with who you are becoming.
Sometimes growth is less about becoming someone new than about coming home more fully to yourself.
