A Personalized Approach

Every person's story is unique. I meet each client where they are and tailor our work to their individual needs, strengths, circumstances, and goals.

Rather than applying a predetermined formula, I work collaboratively—listening deeply, looking beneath the surface, and helping you understand the patterns and connections that may be contributing to where you are today.

My work considers the whole person and is informed by HARP™, my framework for understanding and supporting recovery, healing, and growth. Together, we identify what needs attention, recognize the strengths and resources already available to you, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

The VONO™ Method

My approach is shaped by four guiding cornerstones that reflect both how I work and what I seek to cultivate throughout the process.

While they may naturally emerge at different times, they are not rigid steps. Instead, they are woven throughout our work, helping shape the process for meaningful and lasting change.

Vulnerability

Creating a safe space to be honest about where you are, what you've experienced, and what truly matters. Healing begins with the courage to gently open to what is present.

Originality

Rediscovering who you are beneath conditioning, coping strategies, and expectations. Together, we'll explore your authentic strengths, values, and gifts so you can live from a place that feels genuinely your own.

Nuance

Life—and people—are rarely black and white. Developing greater discernment helps us recognize patterns, understand complexity, navigate relationships more skillfully, and make choices aligned with your values.

Oneness

As we become more grounded in our authentic selves, we can experience a deeper sense of connection—with others, with purpose, with nature, and with something larger than ourselves. Individuality and interconnectedness are not opposites; they enrich one another.

Whole-Person Support

Our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, behaviors, relationships, environments, and spiritual lives continually influence one another. Meaningful change often requires understanding these connections rather than addressing one area in isolation.

Together, we'll explore the areas that may be contributing to the challenges you're experiencing while building upon the strengths and resources already present within you.

Our work may include:

  • Deep listening and compassionate support

  • Practical guidance and accountability

  • Intuitive insight and reflection

  • Emotional processing

  • Nervous system support and regulation

  • Energy awareness and management

  • Education and skill building

  • Whole-person integration

The specific tools and practices we use will depend on you. An important part of my role is helping determine what may be most useful at a particular point in your process rather than assuming the same methods will work for everyone.

“The soul presence you project from a place of peace and care and compassion is exactly what is helpful to me. Thank you very much, Mary.”

Energy Awareness

Energy awareness is an important aspect of my work and one that can be approached in ways that feel comfortable and relevant to each client.

I help clients become more aware of their own energy—how it may be influenced by thoughts, emotions, relationships, environments, daily habits, and stress—and develop practical ways to care for and manage it.

For some people, this is simply about becoming more aware of what depletes or restores them. For others who are interested, our exploration may extend into more intuitive, energetic, or spiritual perspectives.

Collaboration

No one person or approach has every answer.

Recovery, healing, and growth often benefit from drawing upon a variety of complementary resources. Depending on your needs, our work may include referrals, collaboration with other professionals, or integrating other supportive resources into your overall process.

My role is not to have every answer, but to help you discover and integrate the ones that best support your unique path.

Meaningful Change

Our work together is grounded in intention and commitment.

Some changes can be readily recognized—such as maintaining sobriety, sleeping better, feeling less overwhelmed, establishing healthier boundaries, or improving relationships. Others may be harder to quantify but equally meaningful: greater self-understanding, increased confidence in your own inner wisdom, a stronger sense of authenticity, or simply feeling more at peace in your own life.

The goal isn't to become some perfected version of yourself. It's to become increasingly able to understand yourself, care for yourself, trust yourself, make empowered choices, and live in greater alignment with who you are and what matters to you.

Ready When You Are

Wherever you are today, there is a path forward—and I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way.

If you're ready to begin, I'd love to explore whether we're a good fit.
