Ready When You Are

Finding the right support matters. If you're considering working with me, the first step is a complimentary Discovery Call.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. This is simply an opportunity for us to connect, talk briefly about what brings you here, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

Complimentary Discovery Call

A brief conversation to see if we're a good fit.

I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute Discovery Call for prospective clients.

During our conversation, you'll have an opportunity to briefly share what you're looking for support with, ask questions about my work, and get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you.

The Discovery Call is not intended to be a coaching session or comprehensive assessment. It's simply a starting point.

If we both feel that working together makes sense, we'll discuss the next step, which may include scheduling an Initial Consultation and exploring the type and frequency of support that would best fit your needs.

Request a Discovery Call

Use the form on this page to tell me a little about yourself and what you're looking for. I'll review your request and be in touch personally to coordinate a time for us to connect.

Where We Meet

All Discovery Calls are conducted by phone or Zoom.

Most ongoing sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, making it easy to connect from wherever you are. Limited in-person sessions may also be available in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

A Note About Scope

My services provide coaching, education, guidance, and whole-person support. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services.

When appropriate, I welcome collaboration with therapists, healthcare practitioners, recovery resources, and other professionals as part of a broader support system.
